There are cabins, homes, tiny homes, mobile homes, manufactured homes, and ranches on nearby parcels. The minimum dwelling size is only 600 square feet per the Huerfano County Land Use Guidelines. Mobile homes and manufactured homes are allowed. Electric poles are located on Gardner Road just to the west of the parcel.
